Mifepristone works by stopping the supply of hormones  

Mifeprex (mifepristone) is the medicine which used to eliminate the pregnancy. It blocks the hormone which is needed for pregnancy. It is not used to ending the later pregnancies. Early pregnancy means it of seven weeks. Mifeprex uses sometimes together with misoprostol (cytotec)

How mifeprex will give :

• Two weeks later on third visit doctor check your uterus and conform that your pregnancy is ended.

Who should not take mifeprex :

• If you have problem with adrenal glands

• Have migraine problem

• If you are taking medicine to thin your blood.

• If you take any steroid medicine

• Taking thyroid medicine

• If you have any bleeding problem

• Having heart problem

• Diabetes

• Asthama

• Kidney or liver problem

Side effects :

• General ill feeing

• Fast heart beats

• Severe pelvic pain

• Fever higher than 100 degrees

Less Serious side effects :

• Tired feeling

• Sleepiness

• Diarrhea

• Mild Stomach pain

Missed dose :

Mifeprex has a single dose per day if you missed that one then called up your doctor.
